Mars

If I were to go to Mars and build a colony of a new species, i would probably first observe the needs and survival essentials of this new and unfamiliar species. i would bring food and water that is found on Earth and observe how they react to it and if their bodies accept or reject it. i would also, bring with me experts in extra terrestrial and i would bring an astronomer whose sub specialty is on the planet Mars. furthermore, i will bring a video/recording device in order to learn their behaviors and be able to build a colony in an orderly fashion. for my own needs, i will bring essentials for survival in amounts great enough to supply me for more time than what i will be planning on staying.

The figure above is a Sea-Grape tree. Our group encountered this tree when we went to the beach. This tree is native to Florida and of the Tropical Americas, as well. This tree is commonly related to the coral vine and pigeon-plum. it can grown to be a large shrub or a large tree depending on the surrounding nature. This plant forms long clusters of grape-like fruit that has a sort or acidic flavor.

Science Project Possibilities

1. Can garlic prevent crown gall?

I chose this topic as a possibility for my science project because i am uniquely intrigued by plants and how they have they're own separate world from us. A world that includes diseases, which i would very much like to gain knowledge on and how to prevent them.

2. Rad Radishes: Effects of Irradiation Seed Germination.

This project idea comes to my attention, i would like to pursue in conducting this experiment because i have done projects on radiation before such as radiation's effect on already ripe fruits. to continue my investigation on radiations effect on different things i would like to conduct this experiment.

3. Humic Acid and the Optimum Soil for Plants.

As i had previously mentioned i enjoy observing plants and collecting interesting facts about them. by the aid of conducting this experiment i will learn even more about plants as well as soil and how they function with the addition or removal of humic acid.
